My guitar is around a 2004 Gibson DWF60 Dobro round neck, not a Hound Dog. It had been repaired before I bought it and one day I changed the strings and it broke from the tension. It had been glued and filled with some kind of bondo but it was not a great fix. The break was too bad to be repaired originally. This is what my old neck looked like when it snapped.
